SGNEC started its career with research and development activities on advanced computer networks, information security and new technologies, and went on to become the most renowned computer networks company in Iran today. It has been ranked first by the Iran High Council of Informatics, since 2006.

System Group's Network Engineering System Co. (locally known as Mashverat), is an affiliate of System Group Companies (SG). It was established in 2001 to support the Network Engineering needs of the SG. Before its establishment as an independent organization, SGNEC was acting as the network engineering center of the SG for about 10 years.

Since 2001, SGNEC has grown into a pioneer in network analysis and implementation. The mission at SGNEC is to deliver the latest IT solutions to the organizations.
